Free bank statement converter
Most tools that call themselves free convert one page, watermark the output, or hold the download behind an email form. This one converts the statement and gives you the file, with no account and no gate in between.
Convert a statement free

What free means here
No signup, no email capture, no credit card, no watermark on the CSV, and no artificial row cap that truncates a busy month at fifty transactions.
What it costs to run
Reading a statement accurately costs real compute, so free has a practical ceiling. Files are capped at 10MB, which comfortably covers a normal monthly statement, and very large multi-year documents are better split before uploading.
Privacy is the point
A statement is one of the most sensitive documents you own. The PDF is processed in memory to produce the CSV and is not stored, and no account exists to attach a file history to.
How it compares
Paid converters make sense at volume, with API access, batch queues and audit trails. For an individual, a freelancer or an accountant working through a handful of statements, the free route does the same job:
- Any bank, any country, any layout
- CSV and Excel download
- No page limit inside a normal statement
- Nothing retained after the conversion
Frequently asked questions
+Is there really no signup?
None. Drop the PDF, get the file.
+Is there a limit on transactions?
No row cap. The practical limit is the 10MB file size.
+How is this paid for?
It runs as a free tool alongside paid work. That is why the file size cap exists rather than a paywall.
