Privacy policy
Short version: your statement is used to build your file and is not stored. There is no account and no tracking cookie.
Uploaded statements
A PDF you upload is used for one purpose: producing the CSV or Excel file you download. It is held in memory during processing, sent to a commercial AI provider under a business agreement to be read, and discarded afterwards. It is not written to disk by this service and no copy is kept.
Accounts and personal data
There is no signup, no login and no email capture, so no account data exists. Nothing you upload is linked to an identity by this service.
Server logs
The hosting platform records standard request logs, which may include IP address, timestamp, user agent and the URL requested. These are operational records used for availability and abuse prevention. They do not contain the contents of uploaded files.
Cookies and analytics
The converter itself sets no tracking cookies and requires none to function. If analytics are added later, this page will say so and name the provider.
Your rights
Because no account or file history is retained, there is no stored personal data to access, correct or delete. Requests about server logs can be made using the contact route below.
Changes
Material changes to how files are handled will be reflected here. This page states current practice rather than aspiration.
